The Synercon Model DL125 is a great companion for any tape slitter. The machine quickly fills core boxes with cores, in widths from 1/2" (12mm) to 3" (72mm). An air-operated rewind shaft stop is used to accurately offset the upper and lower rewind shaft stop position. The air expanding rewind shafts can be filled manually or with the optional auto shaft inflator. A typical setup consists of a core lane assembly and core box, which can be changed over in less than 5 minutes. The agitating action loosens core dust, which is collected in a tray below the agitator.
