The SCM Model GP-580 efficiently converts s a variety of materials in web widths to 80”. The machine offers a surface / center and minimum gap winding system to insure excellent rewind roll quality even in narrow slit widths. The GP-580 can be equipped with locked core or differential shafts in a cantilevered or removable rewind shaft configuration. The machine is equipped with score and razor slitting; shear slitting is an available option. PLC control and Touch Pad HMI is used to program the rewind tension, and provide easy, repeatable machine setup. Made in the USA assures parts and service availability.
