SCM's Model PSA-10 provides an efficient way to salvage telescoped, gapped or poorly wound rolls of pressure sensitive tape in widths up to 3". The machine features a turret rewind and a unique tape alignment device that is effective in excess of 1000 FPM. The PSA-10 can even be setup to process 3) rolls of 2" wide tape simultaneously, further increasing productivity. PLC control and Touch Pad HMI is utilized to automate operations, program rewind tension, and provide easy, repeatable machine setup. Options include an automatic tabber and razor slitting.
