SCM's Model PSA-150 is the ideal semi-automatic slitter for mid-level production requirements. The machine can be equipped with score and/or razor slitting to easily process most pressure sensitive film and paper tapes in slit widths down to 9mm. The PSA-150 is equipped with a dual turret rewind, automatic rewind cut off and Dynamic Tabber for maximum productivity. PLC control and Touch Screen HMI is provided to monitor operations, program operating parameters, and store machine setup data. Score knife setup is quick and easy thanks to an ergonomically designed slide-out dovetail beam. The PSA-150 features a 3 motor AC vector drive system and HTD timing belt drive to minimize maintenance.
